Breathing
A balanced gas exchange (O2 / Co2) and
breathing that is relaxed for the muscles
are the first goal in logical meditation.
We want to make it as easy as possible for the nervous system to stabilize itself.
This goal is initially achieved by finding the ideal sitting position (also in a chair)
and practicing rhythmic breathing through very simple
movements on the body that also relax the joints.
Subsequently, it is pointed out individually how the optimal stopping,
or not, should take place between the inhalation and
exhalation process in order to achieve evenness as soon as possible.
This is the basic requirement for step 2 to be able to concentrate easily.
Additional contents of the “Breathing” step:
– Ayurvedic understanding of physical individuality
– Warnings for careless handling
– Effective breathing techniques from Yoga Pranayama (e.g. blood pressure regulation)
– Physiology and anatomy of the respiratory and circulatory systems

Then it is pointed out individually how the optimal stopping, or not, between the inhalation and exhalation of Statten should go to achieve as soon as possible, a uniformity.
This is the basic requirement for step 2 to be able to concentrate easily.
